My research has focused on investigating both computational and psychological factors involved in syntactic processing. These have implications on language modeling and human theories of sentence processing.
More recently, as Principal Investigator on the ESRC project 'Modeling Integration Effects in Language with Probabilistic Logic,' I have looked at how discourse affects syntax, on both computational and psycholinguistic levels.
