Symposium on Mathematical Practice and Cognition


We welcome full papers and short papers, where a full paper comprises a completed piece of work and a short paper describes ongoing work. Full papers should be between six and eight pages in length and short papers two pages.

Accepted papers will be published in the AISB 2010 proceedings (unless the authors would prefer otherwise, for example, if the same work has been or is intended to be published elsewhere). Authors wishing their papers to be included in the convention proceedings should follow the style guide to be posted here.

Please submit anonymous versions of your paper. For guidance only, the format required will follow the guidelines below:

Style for OpenOffice/MSWord 'doc' file.

Papers should be submitted electronically in one of the above formats to by 10th January 2010 (extended). Notification of acceptance will be sent to the submitting author on 1st February 2010, and the camera-ready version will be due on 26th February, 2010. All papers will be subject to anonymous, blind peer review.
