The Division of Informatics (JCMB) has its own safety regulations (based on the University regulations) and dealing with more local safety issues. All staff, postgraduates, undergraduates and visitors should be aware of its contents.

The Accident and Incident book is kept in room 1412, JCMB.
All accidents and incidents within Computer Science MUST be logged in this
book (This is a legal requirement).
An online version of the accident and incident form is available here, it can be used to report accidents, dangerous occurences and incidents (only for those people in Informatics at JCMB)
