TFInfer is an open source software for the inference of transcription factor activities from microarray data. It was developed in C# by Shahzad Asif who extended and optimised the method described in G. Sanguinetti, N.D. Lawrence and M. Rattray, Probabilistic inference of transcription factor concentrations and gene-specific regulatory activities, Bioinformatics 22(22):2775-2781 (2006) (article available here).
