About me

I'm currently holding a Marie Curie Fellowship, jointly in Dr Guido Sanguinetti's group at the School of Informatics, and in Prof Adrian Bird's lab. My main research interest is to use and develop novel machine learning tools for the analysis of high-throughput sequencing (NGS) data. In particular, I'm interessted in computational epigenomis.

Previously, I completed my PhD at the Max Planck Campus, Tübingen, Germany, working in the groups of Gunnar Rätsch, Bernhard Schölkopf and Detlef Weigel.
