- OWLSim is a Protégé Plugin for ontology alignment. This plug-in was developed as part of my research thesis work for the Computer Science MSc. It can be downloaded from here. Related publications are about the plugin and the GeoMergeP System where the plugin was used in the process of merging geographic sources.
