Gabriella is a postdoctoral research associate at the Edinburgh Centre for Robotics working on model-based learning for robot control in nuclear environments, funded by EPSRC NCNR. Prior to this, she was a Marie-Sklodowska Curie early stage researcher in the Cognitive Robotics Lab and obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Manchester. During her Ph.D., she also carried out research secondments at the Institute of Perception, Action and Behaviour (University of Edinburgh) and at the Humanoid Sensing and Perception Research Lab (iCub facility at IIT).
