Brief update of "progress" on EdWeb project 364

Sept 2017 : summary

Done bar documentation. Still an issue with security of
attachments. Maybe now have 95% migrated off Plone. Plan to turn off
Plone by end of this year - there should already be an automatic
banner in place on pages warning users content should be found
elsewhere.

June 2018

Creeping forward slowly to the finish line. Had fully expected to have
it done by June, but the last couple of weeks have not gone to plan.

There are now DR docs on the wiki, linked from project page. So that
leaves general documentation and the final report still to do.

Though this project isn't actually concerned with the migration of the
old Plone content from www.inf.ed.ac.uk and wcms.inf.ed.ac.uk to
web.inf, Sego (and before her Kenny) has been doing that.

The plone content moved from www.inf to web.inf:
   * /school-services/
   * /student-services/ - all but about 10 pages which contain restricted
access teaching/exam information. As edweb doesn't yet support
restricted atoms.

On that last point, we do have a work around using media.inf.ed.ac.uk/
to host restricted PDFs etc.
