Quick Revision Questions

NB these are quite literal questions for you to verify that you have read the right text. In order also to validate that you have read the text right, ask yourself in each case: and what if you read between the lines, rather than just reading the literal words of the article? And do you agree? Suppose you were going to disagree with the author, what would your arguments be? (It is interesting now to watch the video, which has a slightly different emphasis.)

Q1 Why does the author believe Agile is dead?

Consultants are disproportionately taking advantage of it
It is abused for marketing; losing meaning as it turns into a brand
It is being incorrectly used as a noun
He dislikes the current "agile community"

Q2 Which of the following is NOT a core value of Agile?

Responding to Change over Following a Plan
Working Software over Comprehensive Documentation
Individuals and Processes over Interactions and Tools
Customer Collaboration over Contract Negotiation

Q3 When faced with two or more alternatives that deliver roughly the same value, which path does the author say you should take?

The one that makes future change easier
Whichever one you like: don't sweat it, either is fine
The cheaper one
The one that will let you learn something new
