Research interests

  • Influnce of brain tumours on hemodynamic response function and and diffusion signal in MRI.
  • Delineation of fMRI signal in context of preoperative planning.
  • Combinig Bayesian fMRI and probabilistic tractography to build a probabilistic model of grey and white matter activation.
  • Neuroimaging processing frameworks.

Current projects

I am currently doing a project with Mark Bastin, Cyril Pernet and Amos Storkey on preoperative brain mapping. I am also involved in the development of the NiPyPe framework.

Previous projects

In the past I founded and maintained the NeuroUbuntu linux distribution (a project for teaching neuroimaging data processing) with Mikolaj Pawlak. During my MSc I was investigating functional diffusion tensor imaging and its limitation due to noise.
