Olney Clark is the song-writing collective of me and my great friend Barry (Clark) DeBakey. Olney Clark was written by Olney Clark, produced by Eddy Hobizal, has strings arranged by Eddy Hobizal, was performed by many great friends (see below!), and its packaging was designed by Gregg Bernstein. I wrote the Brokedown Gospel songs, the record was produced by Mike Vasquez and arranged by David Hobizal, Ben Murphy, Eddy Hobizal and me. The songs above usually feature: myself (guitar and vocals), Eddy Hobizal (piano), David Hobizal (drums), Ryan Bowman (Olney Clark bass), Ben Murphy (Brokedown Gospel bass and drums on a few), Mike Vasquez (Brokedown Gospel trumpet), Kathryn Orr and Terry Muir (Olney Clark violin and cello, respectively), Barry DeBakey (Brokedown Gospel classical guitar, whistles). Olney Clark was recorded/engineered by David Boyle at the Church House studio in East Austin. Brokedown Gospel was recorded/engineered by Mike Vasquez at the Sweatbox Studio in Austin.
