Version 0.1.5 of the Bio-PEPA Eclipse Plug-in has now been released. Most of the changes relate to improved SBML support for parameter optimisation and clock support. Please see the changelog for more information.Due to recent dependency issues the instructions for installation have been updated - please read otherwise graphs will not display correctly. On a positive note, due to the refactoring in BIRT, the size of the dependencies downloaded has decreased by approximately 55MB.

Version 0.1.3 of the Bio-PEPA Eclipse Plug-In has now been released. This fixes several recently discovered bugs and adds support for exp() and better error reporting with custom rates. Please see the changelog for more information.14.09.2009

There now exists 'documentation' for the plug-in. There you will find some quick instructions if you have never used Eclipse (and it's requirement of working with projects) along with a link to the Bio-PASTA paper that details the syntax of the plug-in.01.09.2009

Installation instructions for the Bio-PEPA Eclipse Plug-in have now been updated for Eclipse 3.5 and for installing either version 0.0.2 or 0.1.0. Version 0.0.2 is still available for compatibility reasons only.27.07.2009
Version 0.1.0 of the Bio-PEPA Eclipse Plug-in is now available through the update site. Changes include an improved syntax, support for the locations extension and the ability to export as SBML. Version 0.0.2 will continue to be available with instructions on how to download the older version coming soon.
