Kian Ming Adam Chai
蔡 建 明

This is a breakdown of the constituents, and should apply to most names belonging to Singaporean (or Malaysian) Chinese: last name is Chai (蔡); first name is Kian Ming (建 明); and Christian name is Adam. Note that the first name consists of two words. Some people put a hyphen inbetween, i.e. "Kian-Ming", but I don't. This may cause some confusions, evidently when I'm addressed by "Kian Chai".
