My Ph.D. thesis A formal computational framework for the study of molecular evolution is now available.

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Informatics at the LFCS, working in computational systems biology under the supervision of Ian Stark.
Specifically, I develop the continuous π-calculus, a process algebra for studying molecular evolution.
