This is my attempt to present some of my ongoing theoretical work in an accessible way.

The work concerns a philosophical approach to theorising about cognition and implementing computational models of cognition.

I’ve written some lengthy papers, but here I lay out each step in the argument in a spatial way, so you can see where you’ve come from and where you’re going to. “Snakes and Ladders” provides a useful connected structure.

There are no dice; just move through the squares. Accepting a claim can take you up a ladder to see one of the implications. Doubting an argument can take you down a snake to remind you of a previous step.
