Lucas Guirardel

Lucas is a visiting MSc student from a joint degree in Computational Biology between EPFL (Lausanne) and École Polytechnique (Paris). Lucas's interests lie in machine learning for precision medicine, specifically in discovering transcriptomic signatures of cancer gene variants to infer their functionality. In 2024 Lucas will be starting his PhD with us, in collaboration with Greg Kudla's lab at the Institute for Genetics and Cancer.
