The initial LOD frequencies we show are baseline numbers obtained without applying any specific LOD optimizations.

With these measured LOD frequencies, and the model from equation 3, it is possible to predict a lower bound on decoupling efficiency.

Figure 3 below shows the baseline lower bound on decoupling efficiency for an architecture with m=2, for each program in the Perfect Club.
