All participants are strongly advised to take out travel insurance.

Participants who cancel before 7 April or who are unable to attend because of visa denial or force majeure (e.g. flight cancellation due to volcanic ash) are eligible for a refund of their registration fee; these refunds are subject to a £20 cancellation charge.
