We will have a data projector available for presentations so please bring your laptop to project your slides. We will not necessarily have an overhead projector available so please do not bring a presentation on acetates unless you warn us in advance.

A wireless Internet connection should be available for you to check your email. However, as a courtesy to the speakers, we ask you not to use your laptop during someone else's presentation. Please don't miss the good presentations at the workshop because you are reading your email!

If your presentation is in PDF format and you do not wish to bring your laptop then please just bring your presentation on a USB stick and we will copy it onto a machine for projecting. This advice does not apply for PowerPoint presentations, which are generally not as portable as PDF. For those, you are recommended to bring your own laptop.

We recommend Beamer as the best-of-breed presentation graphics class for LaTeX.
