I am interested in developing new techniques for methods in medical imaging, specifically looking at issues of connectivity analysis. This is primarily work on fMRI, although I am also involved in a collaboration on connectivity from Diffusion Tensor imaging. The fMRI work invovles looking at the issue of learning structural equation models for fMRI.
